Payment, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy

Payment
To secure your booking, full payment (or a non-refundable retainer for events) is required at the time of scheduling online or via invoice. Once payment is received, your selected date and time will be reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel or amend your session, notice must be given at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Your payment may be applied to a mutually agreed-upon reschedule date within the same calendar year.
If cancellation occurs less than one week before the session or the client fails to show, the payment/retainer will be forfeited and a new booking will be required.

Rescheduling
Clients are allowed to reschedule ONE time only, provided notice is given at least two weeks in advance. Reschedules must be within the same calendar year and may be granted for emergencies, illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes made within one week of the scheduled session/event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee due to the nature of the booking process and the time reserved for you.
